We've actually tried most settings within the system but couldn't get the formatting back to normal.
All the formatting for the system, including the admin page (dashboard), are lost and the content are listed in plain text form. This happened right after we updated our system. So I'm wondering if there is something to do with the update.

Thank you so much! the formatting came back after we disabled the optimizer function.
I have an additional question regarding this issue. When I turn the optimizer function back on, the formatting are all gone again, does this mean that we can no longer use the optimizer to speed up the site if we want to keep the formatting? 'Cause I think this issue only apply to the newly updated xe version. Is there any other ways available to solve this problem?
